Kentucky and across the Mississippi River

Leaving Missouri, we briefly traveled through farmlands of Kentucky.  It was early on a Sunday morning and the morning mist still hung low on the fields.
We traveled along Highway 60, following our map route to cross the Mississippi River into Tennessee.
Around the curve and up an incline -- oops, too late to choose another route.  (We are traveling in a motorhome, towing a vehicle--remember?)  This is like threading rug yarn into a sewing needle, YIPES.
As we approached the bridge, we prayed that we would not meet another vehicle. This bridge was lane size only and if we couldn't have hung a bit to the left we felt we might lose a side view mirror.  As luck would have it, just as we were nearly across the bridge a truck approached.  I closed my eyes and hope Pete didn't.  We made it.  WHEW.
