Friends and sunflowers
Winston and I have made a new friend at S & W RV Park in Shallotte, NC. Her name is Ginny or Nanna or #1 (for Site #1) depending on with whom you are speaking. I have no idea of her age but she is a tiny little thing and lives in a travel trailer across the park from us. Winston refuses to go for a walk without going around her trailer in search of her. When he finds her, she gets down on her knees and plays with him. She is constantly gardening--planting, pruning, pulling weeds, raking--whatever is needed and she insists this isn't work; this is play. This is one of her sunflowers through an Adobe filter. I just love the sunny faces of sunflowers--they make me happy.

from Waccatee Zoo, Myrtle Beach, SC
A good set of horns comes in handy when one's butt itches.
I'm so pretty, oh, so pretty!
The backside of those beautiful feathers is an engineering marvel.
